针对币安遭约 60 亿美元黑客攻击后为何仍称用户资金安全，一名币安发言人表示客户资金未受影响，被转走的资金来自交易所自身的一个热钱包。币安称大多数客户资金存放于冷钱包，仅在用户提现时才会转入热钱包。该发言人还表示，公司日常经营所得大多以加密资产形式持有，并保留了其中相当一部分，因此能够立即用自有资金承担如此规模的损失。

CoinDesk 审阅 Binance 储备证明数据后称，此次遭攻击清空的钱包正是 Binance 用于证明用户资产 1:1 足额支持的储备钱包。Binance 10 月 1 日储备报告中的「Binance 14」热钱包当时持有约 12.6 亿枚 USDT 和 89,475 枚 ETH，共涉及 37 种资产，当日 ETH 储备率为 100%，USDC 储备率为 108.26%。

Aave 风险服务商 LlamaRisk 披露，受 Binance 热钱包疑似被盗事件影响，Aave Labs、LlamaRisk、TokenLogic 及 Certora 联合在 16 条网络上冻结 Aave V3 的 175 个资产储备，并在 4 条网络上冻结 Aave V4 的 117 个资产储备，合计 292 个。
